1. Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store.

2. Do I have to create an account?
Creating an account is not compulsory. You will however need to enter your contact and delivery details when you check out so that we know where to deliver your products.

If you have registered, these will be entered automatically for you.

3. Where are your products from?
Our products are sourced from all over the world.

Order & Delivery

1. Is there an order deadline for next day deliveries?
Yes, all orders have to be made 24 hours in advance.

2. Is there an option for self collection?
Self Collection is available at 1005 Aljunied Ave 5 #01-34 Singapore 389886, Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 6pm.

3. What is the minimum spending for delivery?
Minimum spending for delivery is $21.59. Anything below, the order can still be collected at our office.

4. What is the minimum spending for free delivery?
Minimum spending for free delivery is $70.

5. Can I reschedule my delivery slot?
Please email us 2 days ahead of your original delivery slot for rescheduling.

6. Help! Something from my order is not delivered?
Please take a picture and let us know! We will make it up to you.

7. I've made a wrong order. Can I get a refund?
Yes, orders can be refunded within the same day. Kindly get in touch with us to arrange for refund.
