We provide free delivery for orders above $80. (You may choose to pick up too!)

For orders below $80, there will be a flat $12 delivery fee.

Delivery

As most of our products are highly perishable, it is highly recommended for someone to be present to receive the delivery in person and the driver will not be able to wait longer than 5 minutes. Should no one be present to receive the products, we will attempt to contact the person who placed the order for further instruction by phone.

If uncontactable, we will bring the products back to await self collection at 1005 Aljunied ave 5 #01-34 Singapore 389886. We will only keep the items at our store for a week following which we will dispose of them accordingly.

There will be no rescheduling of delivery nor refund if items are not collected within stipulated period of time.

We will not be liable for products that expire before expiry date due to thermal abuse i.e leaving of products at the door in ambient conditions for long periods of time.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any cancellation of orders or refunds once the order is placed. Please contact us 3 days ahead of delivery date if you intend to postpone the delivery.

Storage

Ambient products should be stored in room temperature conditions. Shady and cool away from direct sunlight.

Chilled and frozen products are highly perishable and sensitive to temperature changes. Please store them in the appropriate temperature as soon as possible. Frozen -40 to -20. Chilled 0 to 7 degrees.

Once opened, please consume immediately.
